Second question (sorry!): Would a song alone be up for nomination if it had a distinct story? It doesn't have a filmed music video.

(The song I wanted to nominate is 'No Excuses' by Timeflies, which is about a woman canceling on her boyfriend (they were going to go out clubbing) and him offering to have a date night at home with her instead. It has a setting, relationship dynamic, some context, a simple plot, and arguably distinct characters.)
