This does help, thank you. Having clear guidelines makes things much easier. I have to admit to being a bit surprised about going with chapter count for manga, since manga chapter length can be pretty variable (under the 30-chapter rule, I have a 5-volume manga series that's too long and a 13-volume manga series that meets the requirement with plenty of room to spare). But I promise to abide by the spirit of the law as well as the letter!
