Creator reveals! And feedback!

Congratulations to everyone who participated, and especially to the Triple Crown winners! And my most humble heartfelt thanks to the pinch hitters.
Thanks also to this year's incredible team of tagmods and work checkers and cheerleaders, including Ashling, Asymptotical, flowersforgraves, keita52, lailah_tov, and Tavina. Trying to do this by myself would have simply melted my face off. I'm unspeakably grateful.
The collections are now unmoderated for late treating. Treats under 10k should still go in Mild Heart Attack.
A boost for works with few comments
There are several works in the collection with zero or few comments. Find them sorted here. If you have a little time to read outside your usual fandoms/tags or check out something you missed, please give those hard-working creators some love.
And don't forget to check out the short treats if 10k+ is more than you can read right now. There's some great stuff in there too.
Changes for next year
Yes, HA will run again in 2025! Timing TBD, but probably moving back to Februaryish. The reasons I couldn't do that schedule in 2024 won't apply in 2025, and running right up against Battleship was no fun for anyone. (Thanks for holding off on your schedule until HA was sorted, Battleship mods! A real kindness to all involved. I won't make you do it again.)
HA is a normal exchange with a high minimum on a tight timeline, not a flash exchange, and everyone who participates is guaranteed a gift. That won't change. But finding pinch hitters who can do 10k in one week is nearly impossible, and the uncertainty of all the extensions makes it hard for non-pinch hitters to plan their revisions. Solution: The post-deadline period for pinch hits and edits will start at two weeks. There may still need to be extensions, but I'm hoping for fewer of them.

In the name of making things just a little easier on everyone (including me), I'm considering an FFFX-style "You can opt in to 2 x 5k" option that includes 5k partial pinch hits for those who opt in. Would this make it more fun for you, or ruin the vibe of the exchange?
The Google forms input for nominations worked really well on the mod side, but I haven't heard much about what it was like on the participant side. Love it, hate it, neutral about it?
The name of the exchange will probably change. Right now I'm leaning toward Adrenaline Rush, but we could also go with Happily Agitated or something else that keeps the HA initials (so we don't have to change HAP's name, very important). Suggestions welcome.
