Tellon Blaze and the Chimera Wars! That dude leaves such a long shadow on The Military to the point that even 250 years later, His Original Chair is still held in a place of honor in Military HQ. It's also practically outright stated in the Drago books that the Public Story Of Tellon Blaze and What Actually Happened are two very different narratives/closely held secrets. All of humanity views him as a war hero who was a military cadet visiting Thetis when shit hit the fan and heroically stepped up and was rewarded with laurels and pomp and a clan of the gentes maiores, but Drago talking to his father says that he was actually a civilian tennis-player with zero intentions of a military career when Thetis happened. What's going on there? What has history forgotten or never knew to begin with?

Jarra the First and Draco were two kids raised in this crazy cult/organization by Cioni's apprentices, who discovered their identities as Tell Clan members and pounded on the doors of the Tell Clan Hall demanding entrance. What happened? Exactly why did Cioni's Apprentice want embryos from the Tell Clan? How did Jarra the First and Draco escape? What was it like assimilating into a very different environment? What's the story of Jarra the First’s military career and her eventual relationship with Bard and Riak?

I'll also take absolutely all the AUs for this series: Jarra's parents surviving the behavior event on their assignment and getting to meet her, Jaxon coming to his senses a few days earlier and Jarra growing up a member of the Tell Clan, Jarra contacting her parents at fourteen and learning that they actually do want to meet her - any of it!

Fic about Jarra with her siblings in general, canon or AU, would be loved. Anything from Jaxon’s Situation Re Fidelis Breach (Betan legal worldbuilding galore!) finally being brought up with Jarra, to just ordinary sibling bonding, to the...whatever the fuck Jaxon and Gemelle’s relationship has been like for the last two decades – because Gemelle said in one of the Drago books that she and Jaxon don’t/can’t have a normal sibling relationship as a result of what happened to Jarra all those years ago.

Riak Torrek’s POV of the Honor Ceremony! Seriously, that dude had, what, two hours’ notice? One minute he’s doing Solar Array Command Shit, the next is that he’s getting a notification that his long-lost granddaughter, who the entire family has thought they’d never find, has been identified a whole year ahead of the last possible chance. Not only that, he’s immediately tasked with leading a memorial ceremony for said long-lost granddaughter - a memorial ceremony commemorating the honor and sacrifice and service of his deceased wife. What must all of That have been like?

I loved the glimpses of Ceren religion that appeared throughout the trilogy, and the way that Gregory fell in love with these people and considered them worth fighting for. What does it mean to be Ceren, to identify as Ceren, in Neria, a hundred years after unification? What was it like for Andrea and Marie and Sebastian and countless other Ceren children growing up in this world? I would just love more everything of this.

Gabrielle, my favorite and most determinedly ambitious twelve year-old. By the end of the series, she's figuring out that she can love her father and simultaneously disagree with his policy, and is grappling with issues of privilege and saviorism and what she owes to her country and its people who have been wronged in her family's name and by her family.

What do these kids get up to after the series ends? What are their stumbles, their successes and failures as they learn to listen and decide what they want to do with their hands?

Lia and Marie! They’re an A+ romance going on in the background as Much Drama Happens. A character study of Marie and her journey of falling in love with Lia and coming to this realization that in another life, she would have slipped poison into the princesses tea and thought herself righteous for it would be absolutely incredible.

I love this series so fucking much for the way it dives into politics and asks the question of how one builds a world after a revolution, how it deals with the flaws of revolution, places the characters in a shit situation where all of their choices are absolutely shit and all they can chose is who dies, and the way it explicitly addresses the concepts of how everyone has good intentions that aren't remotely a panacea.

Atreus: give me the story of this revolutionary! The man who challenged the masters of dragons, who ordered an eight year-old boy's throat slit, later called Lee his greatest mistake, and in the minutes before his execution at the hand of a boy he orphaned, still offered political advice to his executioner.

Julia and Lee! I love these cousins so much and would appreciate anything that dives into them. What was Julia's journey, the path that leads her to that final duel with Lee? How did Julia, despite being driven out of her own city, despite living in isolation among the bitter survivors of an old regime, despite never having met or cared for any child orphaned by her father’s dragon, learn what their fathers did?

Lee and Annie's relationship is one of my favorite fantasy romances, and I love all the ways it doesn't fit into the standard fantasy mold. What do they get up to, after the series? Lee and his orphanage built from the ashes of Farhall. Annie as Firstrider guarding Callipolis, watching the new Charter be implemented? What were these kids like, growing up, riding their dragons? From the boy who didn't speak Callish being dropped off at the orphanage to a girl traumatized by dragons who had food stolen from her and couldn't afford to question the oddities of her only ally - what was their path to becoming guardians like?

I'll take Annie and her relationship with any number of other side characters. Miranda Hane, who owns up to becoming the evil she once fought against and her faith in Annie. Crissa and the other guardians, who hauls Annie out for drinks after her semi-final victory and her exasperated bemused perplexed perspective on the...Everything regarding Annie And Lee (I'm always amused at the exchange of "[Annie and Lee], you’ve always been a little strange around each other" followed by Crissa's short of "That is an understatement.") And, of course, Annie and Power all the way to the end of "It has been an honor, Commander."

~~If you're unfamiliar, Descendants takes place in a world where Disney heroes exiled all the Disney villains to an island without magic. And the villains had kids.~~

The movies start with four of them being taken off the Isle of the Lost to Auradon to see if it's possible to integrate them into society (I also requested the prequel book, which takes place solely on the Isle of the Lost).

I love Darker Than Disney interpretations of this franchise, that really dig into the idea of "oh my god, these kids were trapped with the evilest villains that exist in this world their whole lives, on an island with basically no resources or rules." Gimme Isle fic, gimme traumatized kids poorly navigating Auradon, gimme bad things happening or not knowing how to accept good things, gimme these fucked up kids just trying to protect one another whether there's actually a threat or not.

Mal/Evie is one of my major OTPs, and there's ultimately not much I won't read for them. It's very clear they'll do anything for another, and it's a bond that probably wouldn't have happened had they grown up anywhere else. But as different as they are, they know each other so well, you cannot convince me they are not ultimately each the most important person in the other's orbit.

I also adore their friendship with Jay and Carlos, so please feel free to include the boys as much as you would like. I love that the world they grew up with is so far removed from anything Auradon that no one else will really get it. Shared traumas, unspoken understandings, habits that won't die, etc.

My favorite genre for Descendants is hurt/comfort with a good heaping of trauma on top, especially centered around Mal. And I'm happy with whatever amount of canon divergence and any head canons you want to include here.

It's before they're really a crew like they are in the movie, and dives deeper into how the Isle functions, their angsty histories and complicated dynamics, and alludes to darker things than the movies.

Ah, my enemies to lovers ship. Ruby shows up in season 5 after the S.H.I.E.L.D. team returns from their unexpected vacation to the future/space. She was raised in a HYDRA bunker, the only one remaining from what used to be a HYDRA academy training the villains of tomorrow.

From the jump, she's obsessed with Daisy. She's introduced with a poster of her (as her superhero alias, Quake) on her bedroom wall. It's major "does she want to be her? does she want to fuck her? does she want to kill her?" vibes, while Daisy, when they meet, is convinced she can be the one to ~save Ruby from her evil choices (that are literally threatening to destroy the world).

~~Spoiler alert: Ruby dies pretty quickly and gruesomely. So this requires playing fast and loose with canon. On the bright side, her only being in six episodes makes it an easy canon review! (and the~~ ~~fandom wiki~~ ~~is very helpful)~~

I'm totally good with fic that goes canon divergence where she lives, or Daisy finding another version of Ruby in another timeline when they start jumping around in the final season. I love fic that's plotty, smutty, angsty, character/relationship exploration, hate sex, pre-relationship, anything here! Even just exploring Ruby's complicated feelings towards Daisy w/o it going further, etc. I just want the VIBES man. Romantic, sexual, tentative friendship, whatever!

I love this darker, teen angst version of Power Rangers so much. It's like The Breakfast Club but they happen to fight aliens in their free time. The reluctant camaraderie that so quickly goes to an enthusiastic found family dynamic where they're willing to die for each other, because they're all just like, so desperate for connection is so good.

Kimberly is my favorite, as I'm a sucker for the popular girl fallen from grace trope. I've read a lot of great, varied interpretations of shipping her and Trini—there's definitely room to play since canon doesn't give us a ton. I like Trini getting to step up and play hero, whether in the real battles or in teen angst bullshit, and I enjoy explorations into their flaws.

I love the friendships with the boys very much, and would be happy to have them included as much as you like, in any configuration you like. I'm also equally happy with fic that focuses on the Ranger activity as fic that just deals with high school, although I would prefer they at least canonically stay Rangers.

Play as fast and loose with canon as you want, both because of my lack of deeper knowledge and because the 2017 movie just really does not provide a lot of information. As long it's clear to me how your version of this world works, twist whatever you need to in order to make your narrative work.

Nobody has seen this movie, but!! It's a goofy little thing about a teen assassin (Megan, played by Hailee Steinfeld) who fakes her death to get away from the organization that raised and trained her and go live a normal teen life like she's seen in movies and magazines. She ends up pretending to be an exchange student from Canada and moving in with a family who has no idea who she really is (including Liz, played by Dove Cameron). Of course, her past soon catches up with her in the form of a rival agent (Sophie Turner) coming in hot to steal her new boyfriend and the leader of her former organization (Samuel L. Jackson) figuring out she's still alive.

I love how Megan's overenthusiastic-but-clueless attempts to be a "normal" teenager clash with Liz's antisocial determination to hate everything about high school. And how both of those things keep them at arm's length from one another, but ultimately have to be set aside in moments of danger. Also, everything in the movie feels so very comphet with shades of queer underneath, meaning there's so much room to play.

For fic, I'm equally happy with fic that brings the spy/assassin stuff back into play or just deals with the real world of high school. Although I am admittedly more interested in pre-relationship or getting together fic than established relationship for this one, but your call.

Mix and match, play fast and loose, etc. Both Harley and Ivy have such distinct personalities that as long as they come across as themselves, I'm a happy camper. (If it's of any help, my favorite HQ canon is the Birds of Prey movie, despite its unfortunate lack of Poison Ivy.)

This is my only kind of specific request for Heart Attack, in that I would really love a fic that has Harley and Poison Ivy triumphing over the Joker in some way. Whether that's Ivy helping Harley realize she's too good for him and winning her over romantically (I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever get tired of that as a plot), or them successfully pulling off a heist that he failed to do, or whatever cooler ideas you'll undoubtedly come up with. I would love for there to be emotional stakes in whatever battle that is, and angst, and if you want to make it hurt the characters along the way, I am certainly not opposed.
