Hey! Just wanted to flag that the title for the third section is 'non-safety fandom link' which is a little confusing since the links are required for safety fandoms but optional for non-safety fandoms.

Hm, I can see how that's confusing! Basically if you say the work is a safety, you get taken to a MANDATORY field where you put in a fandom link, but if you say it's not, you get taken to that OPTIONAL field to put in a fandom link. So I made it "optional fandom link" instead. Is that clearer?
