You can technically use the Google form indefinite times. It's also kind of a pain to edit nominations once they're in. You can't do it for your own nominations at all, and the mods can do it but it's tricky. This points us in the direction of a workflow (sorry to use work-speak) where incorrect or confusing nominations get rejected and the correct replacements are renominated.

The "rejections" section is now the "please fix" section. If one of your ships is in that section, there's no need to reply to this post. Just nominate the ship again with the flagged problem fixed. We have the fandom's promo and links on file (sorry!!), so you don't need to recreate them from scratch; put "already provided" in those fields and you're good to go.

Also, Firebird (who is a dang genius) showed us how to limit nomination length to 100 characters in Google Forms, so the form will no longer let you nominate something longer than AO3 will accept. Thanks, Firebird!

I did not nominate The Goblin Emperor, but I am willing to bet that what the nominator meant was "Maia Drazhar/Csevet Aisava/Csethiro Ceredin" which is a popular ship.

If it is supposed to be Maia/Csevet/Csethiro, the queried tag is both in the wrong order and already in the tag set.
