Hello hello!

All of our pinch hits have been claimed, but as the pinch hitters will require a bit more time to work on the assignments, the collection opening has been pushed to Sunday April 19th, at 10:00pm ET.

We still have five open assignments that need to come in before that due at various points throughout the week, with the latest deadline being Saturday, April 18th, at 10:00pm ET, so I expect to have updates for us on the status of the collection opening before or at that time.

Now would be a good time to finish up final polishing for any works already submitted, check in on our short treats collection, and take a break from our keyboards and perhaps try to detox HAP from their caffeine binge.

Good luck to all pinch hitters still working on assignments and good luck for everyone putting the finishing touches on works! We're almost there!

Several reminders for signups:

You will need to request at least one safety fandom. You will need to offer at least one thing that someone else is requesting.

You must request at least 3 different fandoms. You must offer at least 3 different fandoms.

You must put DNWs in each request or "I have no DNWs" if you really don't have any.

You must check EITHER “I Opt In to Receiving a Comic Instead of Fic” OR “I Do Not Opt In to Receiving a Comic -- Fic Only for Me!” for each request.

If you choose to offer "Any Relationship" that refers to any relationship in the tagset.

If you have linked a letter, please check to make sure that your letter is viewable by your creator - public dreamwidth post/published google doc/tumblr post that people can see/coffee stained photograph hosted somewhere/pony express delivered mail to all and sundry/etc - by the time that signups end.

If you are only creating art for this event please email the modmail at highadrenalinemod@gmail.com to let me know which people you would be most comfortable creating for (and also ensure that you're matchable to them based on their requests).

After signups close, I will run matching and contact anyone who does not have anyone to create for as well as anyone who has not requested a safety fandom or requested and offered three unique tagset fandoms. Assignments will be out ASAP, as will initial pinch hits. We're really coming down to the wire.

And as always, remember to KEEP THE PONY AWAY FROM THE ESPRESSO. HAP cannot be trusted with late stage signup crisis.
